Nest Seekers Procedure Policy
(i) We do not require prospective clients to show identification prior to showing properties.
(ii) We do not require an exclusive broker agreement signed prior to showing properties.
(iii) We do not require pre-approval for a mortgage loan prior to showing properties.
(iv) We do require the presentation and acknowledgement of the NYS disclosures for representation and Fair Housing.
